Return Policy

After receiving the goods, if the customer is not satisfied with them, they can leaveWithin 30 days after receiving the goodsApply for a return. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

2. Return conditions

  • The goods must remain in their original packaging, unused and intact.

  • Perishable, custom-made, and close-fitting clothing items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific details.

3. Return process

  2. After obtaining the return authorization, the customer shall bear the transportation cost of the return by themselves, unless there is a quality problem with the goods.

  3. After the returned goods are received and confirmed to be correct, we will return themWithin 7 working daysProcess refunds.

4. Refund method

The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Some banks may take a longer time to process it, so please be patient.

5. Special Declaration

According to California law, consumers have certain rights to return goods, except for certain special items. FLEEWAY INC reserves the right of final interpretation of the return policy.
