Transportation terms

1. Shipping processing time
We will do it after the order is confirmedWithin 1 to 3 working daysProcess and ship. All orders will be dispatched from Fontana, California. Order processing does not include weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
2. Mode of transportation and estimated delivery time
We use major express delivery service providers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx for delivery. The estimated delivery time varies by destination and is generally3 to 7 working days (within the United States)。
3. Freight description
Free shipping service is available for orders reaching a certain amount (if applicable). The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. For remote areas, overweight packages, etc., additional charges may apply.
4. Risk transfer
According to California Commercial Code § 2509, after we deliver the goods to the carrier (i.e., the Courier company),The risk of the goods is then transferred to the buyer. In the event of loss or damage during transportation, FLEEWAY INC shall not be held responsible, but we can assist the customer in filing a claim against the carrier.
5. Address error and redelivery
Please ensure that the customer provides the correct and complete delivery address. If the package is returned due to incorrect address or no one signing for it, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping.
6. International transportation (if applicable)
International orders may involve import duties, customs duties and other charges, which shall be borne by the recipient. FLEEWAY Inc. has no control over these expenses and is unable to estimate the amount.
7. Application of Law
These transport terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of California, located in San Bernardino County for settlement.
